Buy With Confidence

Seller funds remain locked for 48 hours after confirmed delivery. Report an issue to pause the affected payout. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

1. You pay; the vendor sees the amount held in escrow.
2. Verified delivery starts a full 48-hour clearance period. Confirming receipt early does not waive that period.
3. Report a problem from your order to hold the affected item’s payout while the case is reviewed.
4. After clearance, funds become available if no case remains open. Missing delivery information requires review; silence does not automatically trigger a refund.

Returns and replacements

For eligible change-of-mind returns, you pay return delivery. Wrong or faulty items are handled at the responsible seller’s expense. Refunds follow inspection.

Return the item in the condition received, with relevant accessories. Existing damage does not invalidate a damage claim. Contested inspections go to admin review.

The refund is based on what you paid for the returned quantity, with applicable tax. Wallet credit requires your consent; original-payment refunds require provider processing. Later qualifying defect and warranty claims remain eligible for review.

Ordered size 40 but received 41? The responsible vendor pays approved replacement logistics. Received an accurately described size 40 but want another size? You pay logistics where exchanges are offered.
