For eligible change-of-mind returns, you pay return delivery. Wrong or faulty items are handled at the responsible seller’s expense. Refunds follow inspection.

Inspection compares the item with its condition when received. Existing damage does not invalidate a damage claim. Approved refunds cover the paid item amount and applicable tax. Original delivery is excluded for change-of-mind returns.
